Exhibition

Potential exhibitors are kindly invited to play an active role in this conference by participating in the exhibition which will be held on June 25-26, 2008. The exhibition is an excellent opportunity for any institution or company to present building performance simulation products or services to the conference participants.  The exhibition will allow your company to meet participants on an individual basis.

There is a total of  exhibit spaces in the high traffic refreshments area to promote your services and/or your products. The poster session will also take place in the exhibition room to further enhance your visibility. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

RATES AND PACKAGE INFORMATION

The rental cost for a 10 feet x 8 feet space is CAD $ (plus taxes).  The exhibit fee includes:

• 10' x 8' deep booth space.
• One (1) draped 6' table with two (2) chairs.
• Two (2) Exhibitor's registrations which includes lunches, coffee-breaks and attendance to the conference.
• One (1) Banquet ticket.
• One (1) Proceedings.
• Electricity (standard outlet).
• Inclusion in the List of Exhibitors (website and printed material)
• Overnight security.
• Normal lighting.
• Heating or air conditioning.
• Storage area (must be requested).
• Cleaning limited to walkways and public areas).

Other services are available (Internet, telephone, booth structure, etc) and must be requested when submitting your rental agreement.
